Beginner Day Camps
(Ages 6 - 13 years old - Boys or girls that has had
no or almost no riding experience)
June 7-11
or June
21-25 (8:00
am to noon)
Activities include: Horseback Riding in a Covered Arena, Horse Games,
Learn about Grooming, Saddling & Tack, Horsemanship Safety, Parts
of the Horse & More! Instruction given by a qualified instructor
in a safe environment. Instructor will be assisted by experienced
camp counselors.
Intermediate Day Camp (may bring
own horse or use GF lesson horse)
For the rider that has some riding experience but may
not be cantering or jumping quite yet.
Must be able to control horse
by oneself. Rider must be able to groom and tack up own horse without
assistance.
June 14- 18 or July 5-9 (8:00
am
- 4:00 pm)
Activities include: learning dressage movements, dressage tests, increase
riding skills, games on horseback, trail riding, and field trips.
Advanced Day Camp
For the rider that has several years of riding experience. Must
have jumping experience. (Must have own horse)
July
19-23 (8:00
am to 4:00 pm)
Activities: Riding Sessions including Jumping, Trail Riding, Cross
Country Schoolings, Horse Judging, Horse Farm Visits & Featured
Speakers.
Costs
$225/week for Beginner Camps
$250/week for Intermediate
Camps

for Advanced Camps
(Add
$100 for board of own horse-limited space)
(Add $100 for use of lesson horse for Int. & Adv. Camp)

Camp T-Shirts will be available for purchase.
Proper riding attire is mandatory. Campers must wear long pants (no
shorts - pants with a small inside seam work best - no jeans), hard
sole shoes with a heel or boots, and ASTM/SEI certified riding helmet.
We have
some
helmets
available
for riders
to borrow
during the camp. We also have some new helmets available for purchase
for $35.00 while they last. Each camper should bring a thermos or
bottle of water labeled with their
name
each day.
One small snack will be provided. A
cotton
bandana
that
we
can wet is also very helpful in our hot Oklahoma weather.
Advanced registration is required. Campers must send in an enrollment form,
payment, a signed liability release form and a signed medical release form
completely
filled
out to Pamela Byers, Gallery Farm, 8900 Cemetery Farm, Noble, OK 73068.
Make checks payable to Gallery Farm. Camps will be limited to 9 campers
per week.
Camps with an enrollment of 4 students or less will be cancelled.
Cancellation
Policy-If able to fill from waiting list, no charge. If
cancel 1 week before camp-100% refund, within
3
days
of first day of camp-50% refund, less than 3 days before camp begins-no
refund.
WE MUST HAVE SIGNED WAIVERS AND RELEASES FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND CAMP.
ALTHOUGH OUR SAFETY RECORD IS EXCELLENT, WE REQUIRE THAT ALL CAMPERS ATTENDING
BE COVERED BY MEDICAL INSURANCE.
